TWO DISTINCT CLASS STYLES

H2K offers two unique class options for strength training depending upon your goals and current level of fitness.

LIFT

LIFT is our signature weight training class and one of the most popular class options. This HIIT style workout will provide a heart pounding experience that improves your strength, endurance, and your overall health. 

LIFT & FLOW

LIFT & FLOW combines yoga and strength training for a complete mind/body workout. Move through a yoga style warmup, followed by intervals of strength training. Between blocks of strength training, find your flow through powerful vinyasa sequence. The infrared heat brings a whole new level to this style of workout.
