Strength training is a critical part of any fitness regimen. When incorporated into your weekly schedule, it helps to build lean muscle, boost your overall strength, and increases your metabolism to burn more fat.

A different style of weightlifting

With strength training, there are often fears that prevents people from getting involved. People worry that they won’t know what to do, that the other members will be too intimidating, or that they may get too bulky from the workouts. At H2K, we work hard to disprove those fears.

We’ve created a unique style of strength training that is both fun and challenging—It will make you look forward to your workouts. Here is what one member had to say about the strength training classes at H2K:

If you’re looking for a fitness family that will make you laugh while sweating then H2K is your place. We are a small community that pushes one another to be our best selves.”

—Valerie G.

Whether you are new to weight lifting or are looking to take your training to the next level, we’ve built the class just for you.

H2K offers two unique class options for strength training depending upon your goals and current level of fitness.

LIFT is our signature weight training class and one of the most popular class options. This HIIT style workout will provide a heart pounding experience that improves your strength, endurance, and your overall health.

LIFT & FLOW combines yoga and strength training for a complete mind/body workout. Move through a yoga style warmup, followed by intervals of strength training. Between blocks of strength training, find your flow through powerful vinyasa sequence. The infrared heat brings a whole new level to this style of workout.
